Building a shelter in Mexico City

I’m here 7000 ft. above sea level in Mexico City working with a team to rebuild a once orphanage turned into a sex-trafficking shelter called “El Pozo.” Within a few weeks, 6-8 Mexican girls will be situating themselves in these once dusty rooms. These girls spent years under the control of someone else, being forced to engage in sexual transactions everyday.
